Get a B or better in your stats or quant class. That's what this channel is all about. I focus on short tutorials on how to solve statistics and quantitative methods problems using Excel and StatCrunch as well as the Excel add-in PHStat. Soon, videos on the use of Google Sheets for statistics and quantitative methods will be added.
Dr. Dawn blogs about statistics and quant methods at www.drdawnwright.com and www.thestatsfiles.com.
Dr. Dawn has a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and an MS in Environmental Engineering. She teaches statistics, quantitative methods, and business data analytics for Excelsior College.
In her past life, she flew F4 Phantom II fighters for the US Air Force and was a licensed Professional Engineer.

I've subscribed! Thank you for your excel calculators! They are a huge help!
Thanks for the positive response.
Will this work for any user on the computer?
Thank you!!!
Thanks for the positive feedback!
clear explanation, good pace. Thank you!
Thanks for the positive feedback.
Thank you so very much. Even 7 years later this helped me add this for my class
Glad it helped! Thanks for the positive feedback.
Lifesaver, thanks
Incredible, thank you!
this is amazing thank you it start to the point and makes it a lot easier to do.
you didn't actually show the inputs in statscrunch for how to find it
Hi, why is the confidence interval different in the ph stat than in the other calculations?
you have no idea how HELPFUL IS THIS!!! Thank you so much
Thanks for the positive feedback.
What if the N is missing?
Exactly what I needed, thankyou so much!
Doctor please now which is the best metric that evaluate the best prediction ? And what about r-squared
I love u
Thanks Sir!
Thank you for the tutorial! 👍👍
Thank you so much Dr. Wright, this was driving me crazy lol
quite helpful
very helpful thank you!
I am also one of those who was trying to create a confidence interval and prediction interval for a multiple linear regression where values were provided for the independent variables. That "trick" you gave for StatCrunch (06:31) ended my multiple-hour-long journey to find the answer. You are a lifesaver. The textbooks don't seem to show you how to do this. For online classes, it takes a lot to find out how to do things like this that are required for homework but aren't taught in the material.
life saver
thank you man !!! helping pass college
Thank you for the Excel Calculators!!
Thanks a lot.
thanks for the insights...
thanks sir your video is very informative and you explained everything in a very deep manner i haven't seen such a informative video in whole you tube
Thank you I am currently in a statistics class and this was very helpful.
Well that made it simpler. I was trying to do all these on a calculator and the tiny mistakes stack up.
THANK YOU THIS WAS DRIVING ME INSANE!
Everything went smooth except how can a coin be heads on both sides? unless it was a prop coin just for this experiment, only the can a value for p begin but logically if one knows its a regular coin it nulls the experiment.I guess the assumption of a fair coin is what gives it existential value it is also true with life.
Hi Dawn I was wondering if there is a way to do these type of calculations directly in stat crunch, or is excel the only option?
I really need the next video
Thanks buddy 😊
Thanks for this! Helped with my final exam
Your videos have helped me tremendously this semester. Thank you!!
Sometimes the short videos are the best. Thanks
Thanks.
Finally I found how to find the CI and PI for a multiple regression. Thank you so much for sharing. I also wonder if there's some other technique for this available on excel? I tried the same (leave y blank), it doesn't work on excel because excel gave only the overall result but StatCrunch gives individual result.
6:37-6:54 is all you need if your looking to find out how to change your constraints to binary
Doing the Lord's work my man!
Wow... how simply put and demonstrated. Ugh - I wish I would've found this person months ago.
Thank you for the positive feedback.
this is helpful. i liked your video!
thank you very much, I hope you have a lovely day!
This is great
Thank you!! Many blessings!
If we take more than 2 then the p value is affected.
Thank you. This was really helpful ❤
Best math video I've ever seen, straight to the point and helpful
I LOVE YOU
If we change gadget in other office is not function, how it be ??.
Hello Dawn Wright, I tried this Excel Slicer trick of staying clicked into the data table, but it does not change the outcome of the "<No Connections Found>" issue. Is there anything else I need to be looking out for as well? I still use Excel 2010.
I am also facing this problem 🥺
